Building strong foundations through technique development and sports specific training to improve in your chosen sport. Our program allows you to focus on key areas such as strength, flexibility and mobility all while working on developing a strong body.
If the private gym setup is just for you then we have you covered as well, with modern facilities and 24/7 access you can exercise in your own time.
I LOVE and really value that Mint allows me to bring my kids when I train, without that I would not be where I am today. Without sounding over the top, training at Mint has really been life changing for me. I joined when I was in a bad headspace and feeling overwhelmed by life and feeling down about myself. When I first started doing the classes everyone was so nice and welcoming, I didn't feel out of place or awkward, I felt comfortable, safe and encouraged. As I started to return to work after maternity leave I found PT worked better for my schedule and since then I have just become addicted to feeling working out brings me.
